One thing i do t quite get is the amount of inbreeding, im trying to breed it out but its not working, i finally have two non imbred pets but when bred i get a 0.28% imbred eggling how do i fix this or is inbred pets not as bad as im thinking

Inbreeding in this game has absolutely no consequences. The inbred percentage is just for interest's sake. And the reason your pets with 0% inbreeding can create an egg with a positive inbred percentage is that the egg shares common ancestors on both sides. So if the great-grandfather of the mother is the great-grandfather of the father, then the eggling has the same great-great-grandfather on both sides, and is therefore slightly inbred (for example).

But, again, inbreeding doesn't actually do anything, so most project breeders inbreed like crazy so they don't have to use so many starting pets lol.
