I'm trying to get past Faerina's shrine and I can't. Is it because my level is too low to beat the bosses or is the party I'm using?

Light- Level 37-

Shadow- Level 37-

Fire- Level 33-

went and looked at them, no time right now to go in-depth, but:
< Shadow pet should be in slot one as tank

> both the light and sadow pets have Assassin relics, which are for Physical/Str element tanks (water, earth)- they should have Illusionist (for shadow), or evoker (light can use either of the two, depending on if you want to boost the per's agi for speed or dex for crits). fire pet alreads has an evoker relic, which is good, but the levels and rarities of the equips arenot

- equip level should preferable be lv25+, rarity preferaly epic+
- Shadow tank, needs illusionist or other Int/Agi gear
- light needs illusionist oe evoker or other Int-type gear
- fire needs evoker or other Int/Dex gear

(also, is faerina's shrine one of the levels that throws waves of undead at you? where if you kill one it's replaced by another? If it is, you'll want to swap our your fire pet for a Myrmidon-equipped Air pet. You pick a single slot on the enemy line and that's the spot you keep attacking, to bottleneck the stronger enemies into appearing one at a time. Very hard to do with a fire pet. It can be done, absolutely, but it's easier without one.)

(And yes. Dont do whay i did, oh and also yes you can use potions which i forgot i had until afterwards.....as in the last two months. Def. Use. Those elixirs.)

I suggest putting your shadow first, then light, then fire. If your offensive goes down, you won't have a good attack, and if healer goes down, no healing for you. Shadow is a tank so that's good if you put it first. I also personally prefer to use as air as an offensive.

Do you happen to know if it's alright to mix the armor types. Like if you put a illusionist relic and a evoker accessory on the same pet.

It doesn't affect anything, but the different types have higher points in different stats.
