What is the easiest way to make a sylesties stats go higher? i have tried armor and relics but i want to know if there is an easier way since they cost too much gold for me...

Outside of leveling, using gears and setting proefiency, there is no ways to get a pet to have higher stats once it isn't an eggling or hatcheling. Now, you can raise the base stat of a pet with philters (when it hatch) and nurrituring (as an hatcheling) but depending of what you want to do it may be better to just buy higher stats pets or make them during festivals.
You are not at the level where max stats are neaded for anything so the best way would probably be to check for cheep pure breed from fabled speacies from exclusive themme. Make sure to look at their stats to confirm they will do the trick before buying them. I went and check if it would work for you and immediatly i found pets with 60 to 70 stats in there with the Lightras.

Your sylestia start out with basic stats. You can increase these stats by
1. Leveling the pet. This means use the pets for missions or by leveling them with fighting (fighting or missions will also drop relics and armor for you to equip) When the pets level increases each of the stats go up a few
2. Equip the pet with the equipment dropped from missions or fighting
3. Proficiency points. These things happen at different levels (I dont remember which specific levels) you can a lot these points on your pets profile page to the category of your choice
