I've heard that you need to complete Daily Quests in order to get badges, is this correct?

Where/when can I get Daily Quests? I heard you need to "complete" a region to get Daily Quests, what does that mean?

@Kittycatbri,

Atm, the only Daily Quests available are from Umbra Forest.

Once you finish a zone in Umbra Forest, it will unlock that zone's Daily Quest which can be accepted in the town in Umbra Forest.
