How do you earn tokens and diamonds ?

Tokens are fest-only currency. The type of token changes per fest. For winter fest, as you can see, we have frost tokens. For summer fest we'll have sun tokens. Tokens will disappear after a fest is complete so if you get them make sure you use them up or you'll lose them forever.

You can earn tokens by doing a number of fest related things. Right now during winter fest, for example, they're a prize from fighting in snow wars, a prize in some tasks, and are found when using agents on other players' sculptures. In the fest zone, tokens are sometimes dropped when defeating enemies and they are always dropped when you defeat a boss.

Diamonds are a year round currency. They're the only currency you can buy directly from the site with real life currency. You can also buy them from other players at the currency exchange. They are sometimes prizes from various site contests.
