Just a warning: This is an RP that I have no specific plot in mind with(is that proper English?)
Medieval times. A time of Queens, kings, knights, and nobles. Everyone in those times had a place in their very horrible hierarchy. Where do you belong?
(Totally didn't think of that on a whim)
This takes place in an imaginary empire on an imaginary continent in an imaginary world, filled with the thing (mostly)everyone always believed in as a child; magic. You were born in this world. And you will die in this world. And now, you're simply going about your average life. Whether you're an emperor, princess, or butcher.
PS: all the noble titles are the usual ones. Duke, Marquess, Count, Viscount, and Baron. All those.
Due to my extreme love of the whole monarchy ideology, I've decided to create a roleplay based solely on that. YAAAYY!

Rules:
No power-playing, im watching u guys
Be nice...to the player.
Only experienced roleplayers. I'm not asking for 5 years of experience, but just like 1 or 2 rps
What I say goes, you can't just make random stuff happen. It needs to make sense.
No acting out of line. What I mean is, act your rank in the RP. You can't just blatantly disrespect someone of higher status.
LGBTQ+ is fine, but remember, this is a time were anyone different was burned on a stake.
No cussing. using **** and stuff like that is fine, but keep it on the down-low.

What you need to know about the world:
The current and main country is called Arkaos. Its the only country around that isn't hateful towards magical creatures. The country is also the biggest one, which is why it called the Arkaos empire. Its currently ruled by the youngest empress in the countries history(who will be played by me :))

They have the usual 5 elements, which only certain people(nobility above the viscount rank along with royalty) can use. Fire, water/ice, earth, wind, and lighting. There's also the 6th element, dark, but it causes physical pain to you're body every time you use it.
Ive decided to create a sort of information panel for any background characters. Like the Empress Dowager, the late emperor, etc. Ill list them in Seraphinas page thingy.

She's a very smart woman, very loving towards all. However, she has a bad impression of men and therefore tries to stay away from them at all costs. But that gets quite hard for her to do, being a single ruler of an entire country. So she just learned to put up a wall block, not trying to let any man of any sort inside.

She really dislikes the whole idea of marriage, because she grew up watching her mother, the previous empress, suffer because of her father who constantly brought new women into the palace. And when her father passed when she was 16, she did everything but grieve him.
Shes quite fond of the sword, along with bow and arrow. She has been training in both areas since she was young.

She absolutely despises all of the Emperors side women concubines.
There is a 20 year age gap between her and the Emperor, which is because her family had been promised that their first daughter would be the Empress. And they had 5 boys, before they finally had Sierra. But they had to wait 16 more years for her because the marriageable age in Arkaos is 16.

He didn't feel like waiting 16 years for his wife to grow up, so he went ahead and found other women. He didn't officially get married to any of them, except for Diana.
Soon after he married Sierra he noticed he caused a great battle between Sierra and Diana. But he truly felt that if he just stayed out of it, it would subside. He knew for a very long time about Diana's Assassination attempts at Seraphina, and the reason why she had lived for so long was due to him protecting her from the background. He couldn't do much about Diana, because at the time the country was a bit unstable and her family helped support the empire.
While they told the public it was old age + excessive...excersize, he was actually poisoned. Rumor has it that Diana poisoned him so her son could inherit the throne. She attempted to poison Seraphina on the same day, but was unsuccessful.

Shes a very conniving woman, as she managed to slip into the emperors bed before he had married Sierra. She conceived a son, which she believed would make the emperor grant her the title of the empress. But before he could give her an answer, Sierra had turned 16, and they had gotten married. Instead he gave her the title of Queen consort. She spent 16 years coming up with different plans and ways to kill Seraphina, but non of them were successful. She hated the fact that Seraphina became the empress, and still to this day tries to kill her constantly.

She was the one who killed the emperor, by poisoning him with a sugar cube at a private tea party between him, her, the empress, and Seraphina. She had also tried to kill Seraphina, but was unsuccessful. Seraphina attempted to prosecute her as the assassin, but she used her power as the daughter of a prominent ducal household and the Emperors consort to prevent any further accusations.

She has a son and a daughter, who she doesn't like to talk about because *whispers* she isn't actually the emperors daughter.

Axelio II values honor and tradition very highly. He views any who do not live up to his personal standards with disappointment. He is a very avid duelist which has gained him a reputation for being a hothead. His adherence to codes and oaths make him seem cold and uncaring to nearly all, even many of those he sincerely cares about such as his sister Diane of whom he is extremely protective. Those who see through his shell, see a emotionally needy young adult who cares deeply. Although he seeks the throne, he will not purposefully discredit Seraphina and does not share his mother's views on assassination.

Although he tries to suppress them for multiple reasons, Axelio II secretly harbors romantic feelings for his half sister Seraphina. Axelio II has resigned himself to a political marriage.

Like his half sister, he truly disliked his father. Not because he was ignored basically all his children, but because he had so many children and wives. He strongly dislikes the idea of polygamy, and is truly a bit disgusted by it.

(I'm sorry, but I have an idea. Maybe the empress has a posse of female elite soldiers? Kinda like the Valkerie? I can help design the basic armor standards- I'm sorry.)

Maybe they all have their weapons and elements that they're specialized in? I don't know. I kind of just want to design them to wear over-the-top golden gladiator/paladin armor.

Personality:
He is well-educated, generally kind and tolerant. He believes in the ideals of Chivalry, and he is brave. Too brave, sometimes. He is loyal towards his family, and towards the empire.
Yet, just as the elements he controls are opposites and conflicting, there is another side to his personality.
He is proud, and when he is angry, he has difficulties to control himself, particularly his powers,

He was born into one of the most influential family of Arkaos. He is not the main heir of his family, as he has two older brothers. He also has a little sister.

He plays lute in secret.
(I like the Idea of a female elite guard for the empress, since she doesn't trust men it makes sense!)

I haven't got any specific names for the influential families, so you can make up one.
He would most likely be the son of a duke or archduke. The noble titles are the same as the ones used back in the day in good old England.
