also if you're having trouble with battles, make sure that you check
- Your party's elements/ party order
- your pets' proficiencies
- your pets' equipment

Because those things can all make a huge difference.

Different elements are best used for different party positions, different party positions do better with different proficiency setups, and different equips.

For equips, make sure the pets have the right type of equip, and that the equips are decent rarity and level (note- a lv25 legendary equip will do you better than a lv55 uncommon, because uncommons are just Kinda Bad)
What you're typically after is highest rarity equip closest to your level that you can get (discounting Lost Grove equips- the Exotic lg equips (blue rarity) are basically better than lv60 legendary non-grove equips, and vinethorn are quite a bit better)

we can potentially help if either of you have questions related to party elements/order/profs/equips, jsut ask

So i am guessing your team is Onix, Mika and Spence... let's see what the issues could be.

Onix:
The proefiencies spread is good, no wories there but your equipement dont realy fit him too well. You want Strengh and HP mainly so at your level what you want your pet to be wearing are the Assassin Gear, the Elven Veracity Gears, the Natureguard's Gear or the Tidal Lord's Vinethorn Gear.

Mika:
I woudn't put anything in health when it come to proefiency for her as it reduce the amount of damages she will be able to do and make the fight go on longer witch isn't in your adventage in those conditions 2 in intelligence and 1 in agillity would be better for an offencive pet. Once again, the equipement is not ideal. For a fire pet, you want one of those set instead. Evoker Gear, Elven Shadows Gears, Archon's Gears or Pyromancer's Vinethorn Gears

Spence:
The proefiencies are not too bad from what i can see. Again, not the ideal kind of equipement for the type o pet you have. You want to use Arcanist Gear, Evoker Gear, Illusionist Gear, Revenant's Gear or Lightbringer's Vinethorn.

The Vinethorns sets is the best one at your level but only avalable in the LG so you may nead to buy it from the broaker. There is others equipements that could suit them but the ones i just told you are those who would be both the easyer to understand and the easyer to get your hand on quickly.
This guide can help you more in depth if you want to learn more on some of your equipement

Onyx:
Being water... Equipment is completely wrong, being half equips that should be on an Int-based pet, and all of them being lower level/rarity than what you'd want at lv60.
A water tank needs Strength and Agility (options: Assassin, tidal lord, warden, preferably legendary lv50-60 if assassin, and any kind (exotic/vinethorn) of tidal lord or warden (which of tidal/warden you would go with would depend on the ratio of str/agi you were after))
Proficiencies... well, on a tank, those are pretty personal, so if what he has works for you then you can stick to it. Tanks generally have profs in any of HP, attack, and/or Agi. HP for sponging, attack for raising the effectiveness of their attacks (and in turn, their buffs/debuffs). Agi for evasion

Spence:
As a light healer, best prof orientation would likely be either 3Int, or 2Int/1Dex (higher damage means better heals)
As with Onyx, the equips need to be updated. Evoker or Pyromancer (int/dex) for a light healer.
If there's a chance that you'd swap Spence to tank for a bit in a pinch, you could also use an illusionist/lightbringer/reaver equip or two to boost his agi.

Mika:
Profs on a fire pet are generally the same as light healers (and air attackers, though it's Str for them)- either 3Int, or 2Int/1dex.
Equips should be all Evoker/pyromancer, and comments on level/rarity apply here too.
As with light healers, both air and fire pets are after damage output- unlike light healers, though, you want to go entirely after the Dex, rather than possibly adding in some Agi, since their chance to inflict their debuffs (bleeding for air, burning for fire) depends entirely on their ability to hit with criticals.

At the moment all three of them have a mishmash of equip types, and all of rare/epic rarity, of all sorts of levels, which isn't helping their damage outputs.
