A young woman with chocolate brown hair and blueish grey eyes glaced at the building in front of her and than looked down at the leaflet in her hands "i hope I got the right place" she said in a British accent and heaved a nervous sigh and pushed the leaflet into her handbag and stepped towards the building and knocked on the front door "the landlord is called stean good I got the right apartment number" she said and bit her lip. The brown haird girl was called Georgia Smith and after her ex-boyfriend James had cheated on her with her former best friend Cindy and after Georgia caught them he threw her out of their shared house and now she was looking for a cheap place to live near her workplace.

(Ahh, I'm so sorry, I couldn't reply sooner. I've been trying really hard to get motivated, but I just hit a gross spot in life. Hopefully I'll be on more often. But if you lost interest I'm fine with that as well.)

Sean groaned, he pulled himself from his resting place in a dark corner. He didn't even know why he needed to sleep- Perhaps it was the lack of energy he could feed off of. The pitter patter of the black ooze leaking from his chest echoed through the apartment, sadly when it touched the floor it fizzled away into nothing. He looked around at his "home" tiredly, getting a sense that something was going to change. The grey-skinned make shrugged and made his way to the bathroom with clunky steps. He knew he wouldn't be able to see himself, but he liked to pretend he could, and that he was alive again. He balled up his hands when he remembered that smug face of his murderer. He turned on his heel, not wanting to break the mirror too soon.

Georgia nervously ran a hand through her hair and waited but seeing as no one answered the door bell she sighed "i have the right place" she number to herself and checked the time it was the right time and date maybe he was busy and was unable to tell her she gave another site and turned around and walked to her car "I'll wait in the car its much too cold outside" she said with a slight shiver and quickly managed to pull out her car keys and open the door and got inside. " I wonder what the neighbours are like what the landlords like I hope they're nice" her eyes glanced at the boxes in the back and she turned on the raito the song You're Going To Go Far Kid by the Offspring played she turned it up aa no one was on the street she wasn't a fan of rock type music but this one seemed alright

Sean was startled by the doorbell, nearly bumping into the counter. The demon floated over to the window, peaking through the blinds. He spotted the new tenant, a female with brown hair. He let out a hiss and turned away from the window. He considered the amount of energy he could get- but, as always, he preferred to be left to himself. Sean sat back down in his corner, watching the ooze dripping from his chest pool in his hands. He could barely feel the cool, wet substance in his grey hands. He missed the ability to feel, he's grown frail without a steady feeding source. "I might as well keep this one here as long as I can.", Sean grunted before shrinking back into the shadows, watching and waiting.

Georgia unaware that she was being watched continue to listen to the music until the song was over she then stepped out of the car as a next song was a song she heated and she leaned against her car her car was bright red Volkswagen New Beetle with a black interior and a a blue Jelly Bean air freshener hanging from the mirror. Georgia gave a yawn shw does wearing skinny blue denim jeans and a thick black coat with fake fur lined Hood she also wore knee-length heeled black boots

Soon enough, an old, beat up Ford pulled up next to Georgia's car. Mr.Gonzales, a short, middle aged, man stepped out of the car in a hurried fashion. "I'm so sorry I'm late I got held up at another property.", He said cheerily, adjusting his large glasses. "Now, come along, I have to be home to cook dinner tonight." He sounded slightly exasperated, his wife was a bit of a burden for him sometimes. The man fumbled through his keys before finding the right ones. He unlocked the door before shoving the keys in his pocket.

"Now, I'm sure you've already been shown the house by my wife, correct?", Mr. Gonzales asked.

Georgia stood up and brushed down her jumper and wlaked over "yes she did" said softly giving him a warm amile as fae as she ahe could recall waa ahe had to sign the rental Tenancy Agreement which was a set od rules ahe had to follow like keeping the apartment neat and no pets ect and to receive the keys so hopefully she wouldn't take too much of his time.

"Oh good.", He sighed, digging the keys back out of his pocket. "Here you go- don't loose them, they're the only pair." Mr. Gonzales dropped the keys into Georgia's hand with a smile before wishing her good luck and hopping back into his truck.

Sean, who kept himself hidden, decided to follow the new woman around, just to see what she was like. He always took the curtesy to watch his tenants for a while before actually scarring them.
