Ashflurry's POV
Ashflurry watched as the lava reached the 1st tree near Rain clan's camp. 'Run! Go toward Wing clan's camp!' She heard her sister, Snowflight yell as she turned her head to make sure everyone was across the river. 'Snowflight! look out!' Ashflurry yelled. Snowflight turned back toward the lava and noticed it was flowing over Rain clan's camp, and it got closer to her. She started running, but the lava was too fast. 'Help!' She yelled as the lava touched her tail. Ashflurry jumped across the rocks and ran toward Snowflight, but she was too late. The lava hit Snowflight's back paws, and she tripped. Ashflurry grabbed her and quickly ran to the river, sinking a bit of Snowflights body into the water to try and stop the burning. Then all the cats ran back to Wing clan's camp, Ashflurry dragging Snowflight's body while trying to keep up. Once they got to camp, some warriors blocked their way. 'Halt! Who are you all and what are you doing here?' Said Swiftleap, Snowflight's mate. Then Ashflurry ran to the front of the group with Snowflight's scruff tightly clamped in her jaws. She set Snowflight down, Swiftleap looked at her In horror, sniffing her body for signs of life. Snowflight was alive, but burned on her back legs and tail. 'Get her to Doefoot now!' Swiftleap hissed, he didn't want to lose his mate. Ashflurry grabbed her sister again and ran toward the medicine cat den. 'Doefoot!' She called the medicine cats name, bringing Snowflight's body inside. Doefoot saw the figure and got some herbs. 'Go now, I think I know what's going on.' So Ashflurry left her sister and the medicine cat. She went back to where the warriors were still growling at the Rain clan cats. All other than Swiftleap, who understood a bit what had happened. 'Stop.' Meowed Ashflurry In a stern voice. Some of the warriors turned toward her. 'They are intruders. They are strays who are not allowed in our camp.' Said Sundip, one of the warriors. 'They are not strays! They are another clan! They're home was destroyed by a volcano erupting!' Ashflurry yelped, her voice still stern. 'Now, they need to live somewhere. So let them stay here at least until they find a new home.' Most of the warriors stopped growling. Dawnstar came up to them. 'What in star clan's name is going on?' She meowed in confusion at all the unknown cats coming into camp. 'Ashflurry, explain.' Dawnstar told her. 'Well, I-' Doefoot walked up and interrupted Ashflurry. 'They are another clan. Their home was destroyed by a volcano nearby. That's what the earthshaker was. And the fire.' Dawnstar stared at Doefoot, confused that they were a clan. 'Another clan?' Dawnstar asked, thinking that Wing clan was the only clan around. 'Yes, Dawnstar. Now these cats need a home.' Then the leader of Rain clan, SpiderStar stepped past all his clanmates and dipped his head to the other clan leader, "Hello, my name is SpiderStar. I am very thankful that your clanmates helped us escape," His tail flicked anxiously as he looked over at where Snowflight was in the medicine cat den, "I am sorry for the injuries Snowflight has gotten helping us, if you need help I can send GoldenSky, our medicine cat," He turned and flicked his tail, signaling GoldenSky to come to him. 'Oh. SpiderStar...' Doefoot said. 'Sure, GoldenSky could help me.' He said as GoldenSky walked up.
