Water pet: Change her armor and one of her bracers from Disciple Gear to Assassin, Ravager, or Myrmidon Gear. Never ever use Disciple Gear on a Party pet. Rather than increasing one type of damage (Physical or Magical), that category of equipment splits it between the two. While that does seem like it would be more effective, that isnt how the battle mechanics in this particular game work. Its a weakness, rather than a strength, to have damage split between those two types.

Shadow pet: Change her bracers from Disciple Gear to Evoker, Illusionist, or Arcanist Gear.

Fire pet: Change her armor from Myrmidon Gear, which does physical damage, to Illusionist, Evoker, or Arcanist gear, which does magical damage.

This guide goes into more detail about all of this stuff: https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=45988&page=1#8

In terms of your party order, make sure youre using your Shadow pet as a tank (a pet that has very high health, and so can take a lot of damage) and either your Water pet or Fire pet as a cannon (a pet that can do a lot of damage, but has somewhat lower health). The other thing you should consider doing is switching out either your Fire pet or Water pet for a Light pet. Light pets are healers, so they can heal both themselves and the other pets in your party to some extent. If you dont have any other pets you can use (That is, at the same level as the three you are using.), you can change the element attunement of either your Fire or Water pet to Light, if you have enough gold to do it.

Old disciple relics split the damage, new disciple relics offer the same Damage stats as the other kinds in both Damage stats, and it's more the fact that their str/int/dex/agi is very average that detracts from it. It's an okay placeholder for people who don't have the kind of equip they need at the time, though, yes, not ideal.

(also, @Earthprotector49, water isn't really an attacker element at all? It only has two attacking moves at lv70 (and only one under lv65), and its attacks at rank1 only have a 150% damage output? That's not really great attacker material overall. Between water and shadow, shadow has higher damage output, 4 attacking moves (though the lv65 one inflicts taunt, it's the only one that does), and can inflict damaging debuffs on the opponent)

Shadow, you'll want primarily Illusionist, since a shadow tank wants agility (agi = evasion), though higher dexterity (critical hit chance) obviously isn't a hindrance to them at all.
You could swap Ari's proficiencies to 1int/1agi? (I asked chat a bit ago when helping someone else with their team since I don't have a shadow tank, and this was what they suggested for a 2-prof shadow tank)
Something to note, both level and rarity play into how good equips are- aim for epic/legendary wher you can, and as high of a level relative to the pets as you can, and replace uncommon equips asap (they're bad. Note that her lv35 rare equip has better stats than the lv40 uncommon)

Light healer, since you seem to have swapped your water pet to that, needs Evoker equips, maybe an illusionist or two (light makes good use of critical hits)
Her profs should be 2int, as a general rule (light healer pets typically end up 3int/2dex)

Fire, you'll want to go all-in on the Evoker. Not really any point having Agi on a fire pet, and they really really do want all the dex they can get. And it isn't just a 'it's useful to them' like with light, but a 'they use this to inflict their debuff on enemies', when it comes to criticals.
You'll want her profs to be either 2int, or 1int/1dex

Hey, sorry for bothering you but can you check them again? I tried to get as much Evoker as I could but didn't have enough gold so I improvised. Do they look decent?

If you need gold, I'd suggest checking out the guide to missions and mission pets and then sending some pets on missions.

Light: equips could be higher rarity/level but are fine, proficiencies are fine

Shadow: Has a assassin relic for some reason? That is absolutely not what you want on her. She needs a Magical Damage relic (shadow pets do not use the phys. damage stat at all. If she was equipped exactly the same but her relic was giving her magical damage instead, she'd be dealing more than 300 base damage instead of 193.)
Profs are fine. There are some lv45-50 rare and legendary illusionist and evoker equips that are going for under 5k gold on the broker

Fire: has two myrmidon accessories and an hp proficiency? You can grab some epic or legendary lv50 disciple or illusionist bracelets (at the time of me typing this) also for under 4k each for her
(disciple might be more of a placeholder equip, but lv50 epic/legendary ones will be better for her than the lv30 myrmidons that she has, stat-wise)
and as mentioned, as a fire pet, you want 2int, or 1int/1dex

yes, overall better, though now you have them over level 50 and nearly at lv60- you can get lv50 legendary gear from sanctuary of saerielle very hard missions/the broker, per usual, but at this point there'd be more sense in learning the Lost Grove equipment types
LG equips (all lv60 equips) are better (even the rare rarity ones) than legendary lv60 (and lv65, and lv70. Rare ones are about even with legendary lv70s, epic ones and legendary ones are better than them) non-grove equipment

their stats are highest > second highest > second lowest > lowest, rather than the 'two boosted stats with one a bit higher than the other, two lower stats that are equal to eachother'

Lightbringer: Int > Agi > Dex > Str
(Can be given to shadow or light tanks, sometimes used by light healers)

Pyromancer: Int > Dex > Agi > Str
(Used by fire pets, used by light healers, could be used on shadow attackers)

Reaver: Agi > Int > Str > Dex
(For shadow tanks, I suppose you could give it to a light tank)

Storm Caller: Str > Dex > Agi > Int
(For air pets, I suppose you could give it to a water buffer too?)

Tidal Lord: Str > Agi > Dex > Int
(For water tanks, can be given to earth tanks)

Warden: Agi > Str > Int > Dex
(For earth tanks, can be used by water tanks)

Quick FYI for you, since Scathreoite is much better-versed at the ins & outs of equipping Party pets than I am. Once you & one or more of your pets hits Level 60, PM me. I have a massive surplus of the Rare-level gear that drops from the more difficult enemies while exploring the Lost Grove, so I can send you pretty much anything you might need, if you want 8]. Good luck & have fun 8)!

Two of my pets just reached level 60. What profs should I do?
