from what i saw you have 2 tanks (water and earth element) and an healer (light), with that team you wont be doing heavy damage any time soon so focus on one side of the battle until there is no longer any knights there and then do the same for the two others rows. Your team may nead more appropriated equipement, this guide should help you figuring out what is neaded for each pet.

I changed my starter pet's element into air, but it still cannot work, why?

I can't see your team lign up but your tank must be at the front of your party at all time to take most of the damages. Other then that, maby your equipement is too low level or not adapted to your pet element makes sure to look the link i gave you for that. Laura have 1 proefiency in heath witch may be a bad thing as well in this case, you want to do as mutch damages as possible with her so keeping her stat toward making damage could be the key here.

Assuming your team is Forrest / Amber / Laura

Forrest
Might do better with an agi prof instead of strength at this level (I think at that level my own earth tank was running 2agi but for the life of me I can't remember since it was like, two+years ago)

Has two illusionist equips including his relic, and a disciple and myrmidon (he should have all assassin for the str and agi stats)
He is being greatly hindered by the Illusionist Relic especially, since relics give the main boost to the Damage stat, and Illusionist boosts Magical Damage, while earth, being a strength-based element, uses the Physical Damage stat

Amber
As a light healer, should have 2int, not hp, since hp prof is not needed especially when on the same team as an earth tank (since earth has the strongest focus of all elements on Taunting opponents)

Equips are wrong again, especially the relic, for the same but opposite reasons to Forrest- a Physical Damage relic on a Magical Damage-using pet.
Light healers primarily use Evoker equips, though can be given some Illusionist (you want the int as high as possible, obviously, since better int = higher magical damage = better heals for the party, dex because the higher critical hit chance means higher chance to deal more damage, which, again, better heals for the party.)
Amber has one Evoker equip, but it's an uncommon and uncommon equips are Bad (she'd be better off with a lv25 legendary by a long way) (if nothing else, swap her and Forrest's relics around so he has hers and she has his)

Laura
Profs should be 2str, or maybe 1str/1dex. You don't want to waste an air attacker's profs in HP, they have damage to deal

She has two Myrmidon, which is great. Give her the Myrmidon bracelet that Amber currently has to replace the disciple bracelet, and when possible get her a Myrmidon relic for best effect (assassin is fine for what damage type it gives, but on air pets you want to get the Str and dex as high as you can, since their ability to inflict the Bleeding debuff depends on their ability to deal critical hits, so Myrmidon is best)

I have changed Lauras point into stronger and dexterity.

Well, that's a start, though to reiterate what we mentioned, you'll still want to look into swapping Forest and Amber's relics, and going over their equips in general. Swapping equips will be a quick way to help the team improve. (also, Amber still has an hp prof, when, again, she'd be helping the team more with 2int)

1 > swap Forest's Illusionist relic onto Amber, swap Amber's Assassin relic onto Forrest

2 > replace Laura's Disciple bracelet with Amber's Myrmidon bracelet

3 > move Forest's Illusionist bracelet onto Amber


Remember:
Earth tank = Assassin (Str/Agi) equips
Light healer = Evoker (int/dex) or possibly Illusionist (int/agi) equips
Air attacker - Myrmidon (str/dex) equips

I changed their points:
Laura: strong/dexterity
Forest: strong/agility
Amber: strong x2

I believe if you unlock the seals the battle becomes easier, but it is possible to beat King Desius without them.
