After you complete a dungeon theres a cool down time. Someone correct me if Im wrong.

That's what I thought but that dungeon was really short and had a mini-boss

Each dungeon can only be run once a day. Depending on the strength of your party, and how many of the side tunnels you go down, they can go fairly quickly.

That dungeon it's easy for your level 60 pets (really easy). Enemies are level 30 at most. When you finish a dungeon you have to wait until next day (12 am, game time).
If you want something more difficult, you can explore the dungeon of forsaken, enemies are level 60 or more, but are more stronger than other enemies with same level from another part of the map. Good luck!
