Personality:
Kiyo is pretty straight-laced, witty, and friendly unless someone pushes his buttons. He has a hard time getting angry due to an almost people-pleasing level of patience, looking at most things with curiosity and a sort of burning optimism. Sometimes this can be mistaken as arrogance and naivety, but Kiyo dislikes any sort of negativity in his life, a bizarre contrast to his bizarre ways of dressing.

Likes: Streetwear, formalwear, setting things on fire, jazz music, late nights

Dislikes: Getting his suits dirty, killing people without a reason, rainy days, sleeping

He's fairly skilled with a small firearm, but prefers to be on jobs where only his skills of breaking and entering or arson are needed. He is proficient at picking locks of any sort.

Equipment: Do cigarettes count? He mostly just keeps a lot of them and a metal lighter on hand to use in a pinch if he needs to light something on fire. He doesn't mind fighting persay, but he would rather not go out of his way since he's never had a particular reason to and doesn't see the point in making reasons now.

On rare occasions and important missions, he will carry a small uzi.

Backstory (optional):
The older brother of Yuuko Nakamura. Kiyoshi joined Salvation Silence towards the start of its formation, not as a means to cause violence but as a means to take back what he feels the world owes him.
He was dumped on the streets as a young child due to his mother's poverty and inability to raise him and his brother both as a single mother only to be taken in as an only child by a wealthy, but distant family.
It is his hope with his powers and the help of others in Salvation Silence that they can all bring about a society in which the suffering of man is erased and society is made to benefit the comfort of all.
He does not resent his younger brother's birth for causing his upbringing, but finds it upsetting that Yuuko still refuses to treat him as flesh and blood.

Other: He has a normally gothic aesthetic and enjoys formalwear greatly. No one really knows what his natural hair color is as he goes to great lengths to mantain an outlandish appearance through cosmetics.

Personality: He's fairly personable and is well-natured to most. While he can be very light-hearted and quick to tease those he gets along with, he tends to take his job seriously and has a powerful drive to protect those in need.
Ryuji has a bad habit of often seeing himself as everyone's big brother for this reason, for better or worse.

Ryuji is able to use his power to heal the wounds of others on touch.

Like most of the police force, he is trained extensively in apprehension and close combat tactics. He is also trained thoroughly with handguns, able to use a variety with relative ease. While protocol has him using guns most of the time, he has no reservations about taking someone in a fist fight.

He was born blind in his right eye, generally keeping it covered. It doesn't seem to affect his aim much though.

Equipment:
He wears a kevlar vest under his day to day uniform and outer coat. He carries a standard issue police pistol and a metal baton with him at all times.

Backstory (optional):
A young detective in charge of the Special Investigations branch of the Shinha Police Department. Ryuji was in the city with his half-sister when he witnessed the event that led to their marks. He finds it difficult to speak about to most, well aware of those who would treat him poorly over it.
Perhaps it's what led him to join the PD in the first place, wanting to further dissect the mystery and stop those who would abuse the situation firsthand.

Kim is a firm believer in the saying, "Speak loudly, and carry a bigger stick." She finds herself to be insatiably curious and insufferably sarcastic. This girl loves having her own space and privacy. She absolutely hates it when people decide it is a good idea to pester her. This one is a bit of a clean freak, keeping all her weapons polished, and her belongings always looking good as new. Gadget is very overprotective of what is hers, and this includes her friends. Despite her seemingly anti-social attitude, she easily gets attached and is fiercely loyal.

Coffee, late nights, causing bits of trouble here and there, mochi candy, honeydew boba, messing with tech(Specifically smaller gadgets and trinkets, hence the nicknames)

She is ok with a gun and pretty good at physical combat, but she has a lot to learn. She is much better at finding people than fighting them.

He can be very shy and nervous around people and things that scare him, which is a lot. Around younger kids, he'll put on a brave face and act like everything is great, for their sake. He underestimates himself - he's a lot more capable than he thinks. He's a little superstitious too.

I think mainly I'd be looking for help on the Salvation Silence side, though I'm hoping there's enough players that hold out I don't really need to pad it out too much with NPC characters other than essential ones.

Yuuko I'm trying not to adopt personally right now as a full character because he doesn't talk very much, but I don't think I'd have any issues with him because I have a generally good idea of where to go with him, so that leaves Wes and Rei mainly.

Not sure how important Wes would be but Rei I kinda need written by someone knowing what they're doing because she'd be very plot involved for a side character.

I don't know if I'll add more, but knowing me there is a possibility so any help is definitely appreciated if you're willing to take on one of them.

I try to give my NPCs some personality and flesh them out enough it doesn't feel like a chore to always write them.
