The Applications page is pretty self explanatory, so if you are interested, the place to go would be the page itself and read through all of the relevant information. If you are interested for one of our listed positions, just log in with your Sylestia account and fill in the application form at the bottom of that page.

Update: For those who have submitted applications so far or are planning to shortly, we are waiting a solid 1-2 weeks for the initial barrage of applications before we really begin deciding on any of them.

So I'd say you have until May ~10th or so to be a part of the initial batch that we sort through.

I am wondering about the age limit. I am currently 16 but I fit all other requirements for the position I am extremely interested in, and I am certified in Adobe Photoshop as well as multiple other Adobe applications if the need to use any of them would ever pop up. I go to a secondary school other than my main high school where Ive been learning from industry professionals in advertising art and design, digital media, and more related to what some of these job openings require or want for almost 2 years. The course Im taking is a 3 year course and by the end of it most people who graduate from it are able to go straight into professional jobs that would normally require a 4 year college degree, without having to go to college. I can easily work the 5-10+ hours a week, even after quarantine is over and I begin normal school again. The only thing holding me back is the age requirement.

Is there a deadline to submitting applications because it will take a while to get the application ready

I think it's a legality thing, Red.

Plus, how would you get paid? Only people 18+ can get a card account I believe.

There are a lot of extra legal concerns for those under the age of 18. These legal concerns also vary state to state and country to country - for those outside of the US.

Since we do not have a legal department nor am I personally well versed in law, we set the requirement of 18 years of age to make it easier for ourselves to manage and to not have to worry about running into any extra legal issues.

It unfortunately is a requirement that we are not likely to skirt around.

There are no deadlines, nope. There is no guarantee that any position will remain open forever, but there are no set dates of when any position will close. It just comes down to when they are filled and how our needs change as time goes on.

Ahhh I have a card account its just run by my mom. Im definitely applying on my 18 birthday in a year and 2 months tho .n.

"Application Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age as of the time of your application."

Krin said that there's no deadline as of now though, and September isn't too far off, relatively speaking ^^

You would have to be 18 before we would be willing to offer you any work.
