I don't know how to set it up. How do I do it?

At the bottom of your inventory, you can see a little mail icon with a green arrow.

Click the item you want to send/sell and then click that icon. You then type in the username of the person you want to send it to and click 'Send Item'. If you want to sell it, type the amount of gold to be payed in the CoD spot. I hope that helped!
