At now, the lowest/cheapest essence is regular faelora essence.
You can look at the item info.

usualy faelora essences range somwhere between 15 and 30k a piece, 20k would be a good price at the moment ^-^
edit: i missread your question, i though you had mentioned the speacie of it. In this case you will nead to look directly at the trade broaker average pricing to have a good idea of their value, fabled speacies are worth alot more then non-fabled and speacies like morkko or draely will not sale for mutch while zolnixi can go quite high.

it depends on the essence, puff essences would cost way more then an aurleon essence. Check the prcices before brokering by clicking the item, then "broker".
