The item descriptions of philters said that base stats of pets can be increased when used, but can the increase be passed down to offsprings?
What about when you are given an option to help a hatching egg, or letting an egg hatch? Can the stat increase due to that be passed down to the offsprings as well?

Yers, I read it somewhere long ago, the base stats can be passed down, but I'm not sure how the system work~ :3
Helping it give HP boost, letting it hatch give it a random boost of one of the other stats~ :3

Yes~ Base stats are passed down to the offspring. When a pet hatches, you can apply a philter to increase a specific base stat, help it hatch to minorly increase it's base health stat or let it hatch to randomly minorly increase the strength, agility, intelligence or dexterity stat.
Over time and multiple breedings, the stats can build up. ;) I can go into more detail if you need an example.
