Your user level is simply the highest level of pet that you've leveled yourself.

You probably have a level 61 pet in your stable somewhere. If you level that pet up to 62 then your user level will change to 62 as well.

Titles are done by completing certain tasks, most during seasonal festivals or events. I think the easiest for you to get right now would be the Warden of Umbra, gained from clearing the Dungeon of the Forsaken.

to add some precision to what Sakina said and answer to your first question, yes, missions can level up your acount in some casses as your pet earn exp once they return from a successful mission, if that pet is the same level or an higher level as you are and does level up the game see that as you leveling up the pet and so your own level will update to reflect this.

well right now I am trying to get some of my pets where they don't die so much and battling the undead lowers my pets health down like a lot down. and I seem to not be able to put like health stuff in my inventory when I am battling.

In order to use elixirs and revives in a battle, you have to go to the little red arrow

then select Use Item

then select what Elixir or Revive you would like to use (potions cannot be used in battle, as it says on the tooltip)

then select what pet you want to use it on.

That pet will gain this symbol above it's level in the battle screen:

and the item will be used that turn. You can only use one item per turn. Could you link your team?

I need really good equipment on them and I don't want them always loosing health everytime they fight those undead.

It's a simple equipement issue since those are not clearly identify to an element (asside from the lg stuff) they can often be set on the wrong pet witch seem to be the case from what i saw, this guide should help you figuring it out what would work better with your team. Otherwise makesure all proefiency points are spent (2 of your pets have a point to spend) accordingly to what your pet element recomand. ^-^
