(Super stats have grove bonus stats (the +__ next to the base stat) that bring their stats higher than the regular base-stat max, Super-max is a perfect max-stat that also has grove bonus stats, but they fall under the super-stat umbrella and are usually what someone is referring to when they talk about a Super stat
This nyte is a Super-max/ super stat (save, once again, the mana- anything 100+ mana IS considered Max in older project's terms, though they aren't equal to the current max mana cap)

They are worth a lot because stats can make a LOT of difference in a fight, and it takes a LOT of time and effort to do a max stat project- literal months or years of work.
Super stats are even harder, because you need max stats to start with, along with high-rarity grove pets, since that's the only way to get grove bonus stats, and then you need REALLY lucky rolls on breeding rng, never mind if you also want specific traits
