Borrowing gold can be usefull in case of emergency it shoudn't be seen as a primary way to get that curencie (or any curencie tbh). This guide explain every single methodes to make gold on the site in dept, some may not be avalable for you at your level but as you progress in the story you will get a better access to missions and items that have more value, the upcoming festival could also help you to some extent.

A fast way to get 30-50k gold is nurturing, especially for newer players.
It's fairly fast (currently I believe my rate is a bit under a hundred scales per minute) and once you've nurtured up 1000 scales, go to the Scale Shop and buy a Lesser Pet Dye.
Those generally sell for 30-50k on the broker (a guide to selling and the broker) and the lower you price, the faster it sells.
As there are currently 13,431 nurturable pets, you can earn up to 13 pet dyes a day, which is at least 390k gold.
