Hello ^^
I wanted to buy the genetic kit and had 300 Diamonds.
Than I bought the 600 Diamonds + 20% would be +120 Diamonds = 720 Diamonds
But I only got 600 and now I miss the Bonus Diamonds...
Where are they? (I pondered about buying the 10$ one, but I realized the lower one was sufficient, so I didn't... )
What happened to the Bonus? Do I need to collect it somewhere? Or does it need time to be added?

Hello,
Usually the price is 500 dias for $5. The 20% bonus is added to the 500 diamonds, which results to 600 dias (for 5 dollars still). Hope that helps :)

Oh, okay, thank you.
I thought the Bonus would be added to the Pack Prize, which would be 600 Diamonds.
It's a bit confusing. I was sure 600 was the normal Pack and than the Bonus would be added.
Maybe (500) 600 Diamonds as the title for the products might help to ease such confusion?

Diamond shop prices usually are: (iirc)
500 for $5 (600 with sale bonus) - 500 normal / 600 fest ($5)
1,000 for $10 (1,200 with sale bonus) - 1000 normal / 1,200 fest ($10)
2,000 for $20 + 200 bundle bonus* (2,600 with sale bonus) - 2,200 normal / 2,600 fest ($20)
3,000 for $30 + 300 bundle bonus (3,900 with sale bonus) - 3,300 normal / 3,900 fest ($30)
5,000 for $50 + 1,000 bundle b. (7,000 with sale b.) - 6,000 normal / 7,000 fest ($50)
10,000 for $100 + 3,000 bundle b. (15,000 with sale b.) - 13,000 normal / 15,000 fest ($100)
*bundle bonuses don't count in the sale bonus
also bundle bonuses (10% for 2k and 3k, 20% for 5k and 30% for 10k) will always be there, sales bonus (20% for all) only during festivals / diamond sales

Guess I was confused, because I'm used for the bonus not being count in ^^
At least I haven't lost something, which I thought first ^^
I just misunderstood the way it was added ^^
