Where could we get under 100k max stat sales in the pet market place?

You likely won't be able to. Max stats take a lot of time, effort and money to make so they usually cost at least 250k without discounts.

I don't know and there probably aren't any. As I told you most won't sell them cheap.

starpup5 sells some max stat luporas for 140k. It's more than the price stated, but it's better than nothing.

i have some max stats under 100k but that is only bc the hp its 2k i have them @ 65k

I have a Max Stat Lantern Glow Ferrikki project. I they are selling for 250-350ish, but if you donate items or pets you get it for cheaper. One of my friends got down to 80k.

Due to the amount of time and philter it take for someone to make a max stat, compleated projects rarely go bellow 150k. It take anywhere between 6 months and two years to finish this type of projects depending of the project goal and the RNG luck.
Some players make items discount for dye, philter or others items that may be neaded to them and there is somtime max stats prices to unoficial games as well so you can still look there from time to time.
