Is there a difference if you genetically test a pet when it's hatchling from adolescent

no. The only time there's a difference in what genetesting reveals is that egglings don't show the traits or trait colours until they hatch (upon hatching, they will show these things like any other genetested pet)

Hatchling through adulthood, there is no difference in what information genetesting reveals

Actualy there is one but it is mainly used for projects pets, by testing an egg you get access to it's stats before they hatch allowing a better decision on whether or not max/superstat breeders want to use a prismatic philters on them and tested hatcheling will display their potential visible mutation while otherwise you will nead to wait until they are adolescent to see that part of their genetic.

Those two things would appear naturaly on a pet but testing them allow to players to save time and potentialy save gold/diamond/philters on pets that would otherwise be seen as breeding reject.

I mean, I DID say that the only info that does not appear on egglings was the trait and colour info? Thus meaning that all the other stuff including stat info does get revealed?

You explained what didn't changed in an eggling after testing and i clarified by explaining what did change testing an eggling allow you to see it's stats (and maturity but nothing new here) there is no other stuff.
