Any way I can delete my account so I could make a new one and start all over??

There's no way to delete or restart an account and most likely this won't ever be a thing. It's simple enough to clear out your stables by releasing unwanted pets (better then permanently deleting) and it's always possible to regenerate others. Is there something you're struggling with in game that you might need help with? Feel free to ask and I'd be happy to guide you the best I can.

This is because it'll mess with the User IDs
Every account has a certain, order ID
If people were deleting accounts, people's IDs would constantly be changing, or there'd just be gaps of IDs
