Hello! Not a newbie newbie but still have a question. About the... ranks, in the profiences, how do you increase that?

Currently it's only possible in The Lost Grove, the most recent zone in the story. The content is meant for about lv60+ (though it's possible you'll be above lv60 before you get there).
Once you have the grove unlocked, you just fight there, using each attack as much as possible. Each use of an attack and each battle won adds a bit of progress to the rank percentage. It takes a LOT of work to get to each rank-up.
