How long does it take for a pet to age from adolescent to adult for breeding?
A pet reached adulthood at 648 maturity hours* (27 days for a bred egg, 18 days for a generated pet (which are created at the start of adolescence.) You can see exactly how old a pet is maturity hour-wise (up to 648/648) if the pet was generated or if it's been genetically tested by looking at the "Maturity" section in its profile (eg. Maturity: Adolescent (218/648)) (untested pets only show the life stage not the specific)
(there are people who offer free testing services in the Groups, Guilds, Clubs, and Services forums)
egg = 0mh to 72mh (three days or less)
hatchling = 72 to 215 (6 days or less)
adolescent = 216 to 648 (18 days or less)
adult = 648+ (27 days or less)
(your starter Neloya is (218/648), which means she has 430mh until adulthood, or 18 days)
(* maturity hours isn't quite the same as their actual age in hours, since eggling timers and hatchling aging are accelerated by nurtures, and adolescents can have their mh accelerated up to two times with magical pies, which age them 144mh per pie)
Where do I get money from? I purchased 5 traps only 2 worked and now I cant even have 2 pets in party!
The main way people make money is via doing Missions (not the same as Quests).

Additionally, I would suggest holding off on catching pets for a while, since most of the pets in Viridian Meadows aren't really worth the price of the trap, and your gold is better spent on getting pet slots and mission slots unlocked.
(also, don't use the healers, the scam artists. Your pets will heal on their own over time so long as you aren't in battle)
Why does it not let me trap and then finish my turn without attacking? my mend doesn't seem to work!
You can make your pets skip attacks with the 'skip' option (S key on keyboard, this symbol on the attack list
Mend has a 25 turn cooldown after each use, which is probably why it's not working.
How do I get to the troll cavern? I've been wandering in the field battling for over an hour . . .

How do I trade or sell my pets? I don't understand the trade window at all :(
If you go to the page of a pet you want to sell, click "manage pet" and input a price in the "Sale Price:" section, then hit 'set price'
