I think you just need a team with better base stats and maybe better gear lol. Your set up seems fine.

And that mythical gear looks cool and sells well but all the elemental armor is much better. Even the normal one.

Um who's your tank? A tank should be an earth, shadow or water. Depending on who's your tank I can recommend better proficiency point setups.

1. no Tank element for slot 1 (Light can be a tank element, but it's more typically a Healer element)
2. Mulan has unassigned prof points
3. prof point allocation on all three is suboptimal
4. Exotic and Vinethorn equips are basically the best you can get for the most-part (excluding stoneweave but stoneweave doesn't grow on trees and a singly piece from the people that can make it can go for over a million gold)
Teams are usually Tank (earth, water, shadow), healer (light, or possibly water as a buffer instead), attacker (fire or air)
Tank pet will have a varying array of HP, Str/Int, and Agi, depending on the user, the pet's stats, and the element. (both Water and Earth can use Tidal Lord and Warden equips, Shadow could use Lightbringer or Reaver, possibly Pyromancer on the ones that have been fully Ranked up? I don't know anything about shadow tanks really)
Light Healers and Air and Fire attackers typically have all-in 3 attack/ 2 dex, with light and fire equipped with Pyromancer and Air equipped fully with Storm Caller, with no points in HP or Agi- the Tank should be handling the brunt of all damage and Light healers use the 3int profs to heal up any damage they or the attacker take
Spreading out the prof points across all the stats like that makes them lose out on so much strength.
Your Air attacker is getting a +299 to both Strength and Dex rather than +673 Str +449 Dex- and Air pets should be built entirely around strength and dex, since they're made to be damage-dealers who rely crits to inflict their debuffs

That depends who you want as a tank. You should switch either your fire or air into a tank ( earth, shadow or water).
For proficiency points once you switch one of them: just choose one from each category.
Healer
Light: 3 intelligence, 2 dexterity
Tank
Earth: 2 health 3 agility
Water:? I've never used one before
Shadow: ? I've never used one before either.
It might be good to see if you can get some vinethorn equipment as well, your using exotic right now which isn't too bad but vinethorn would definitely help.

Ok Pearl help me here to better understand this.
Pretend this is your Team.
How would you set them up exactly?

well, that's one earth tank option,
it might be difficult with low-base stat pets (Shiva being wild caught, and Geraptiku being a starter)- most people use mid-range stats (50-ish) through to supermax for the grove, since they're naturally sturdier and can get out more damage faster.
Here are some team examples from my own pets:
main team, stats: ~78-80
Earth / Light / Air
light and air both 3 attack/2dex, our Earth tank being 1HP/2str/2agi (which is apparently quite unusual for an earth tank but it works for us so eh)
Secondary team, stats: 100
Water / Light / Fire
another 3 attack / 2 dex setup for the healer and attacker, but 3str/2agi on the water tank
??? team??, stats: 22 (starter), 100, 100
Water / Light / Shadow
It isn't really a proper team, since it's just the setup I was using to raise both my water starter and my Shadow Magmatic Sungazer since I can't get a handle on water buffer or shadow tank.
Water tank has 1hp/2str/2agi, since he's a lot squishier than our max stat water tank so he needs the extra HP. Can get away with only 1hp and 2agi because of the max stat light healer.
Light is usual 3int/2dex
Shadow is 3int/1dex/1agi, which is a really weird setup for any pet, but she was being the Attacker but also being Tanking for fights against Oakstout and Elaine (using hateful strike to Taunt them wen appropriate, with Munir's Ice Barrier buff, so I guess in the end I DID vaguely learn how to use a shadow tank and water buffer I guess? huh)
and it was hard with Munir at the start (and that was with some attack-rank gain that we got in the Maws of Madness during Fall Fest), until he and Rosmari ranked up their attacks more (and before I worked out that he was just too squishy to manage the 3str/2agi that works fine on our other water tank, as mentioned)
Alternate/ Deep-cave boss-fighting team(s)
Either Light+Air from main team + fire from secondary team (with Light as tank) or Water+fire from secondary team + air from first (no alterations to equips/profs)
But both of these are fully-ranked and high-stat teams, and these setups are specific for when we're going in to fight either Dia or Kowlla and need two attackers
General Ouakstout strategy is to make sure to watch for when he's about to use his big attack (the one that shows up in his buff bar before he uses it the next turn). Then you block/shield, though exactly what strategy used to do that depends on the team's elements
