They're in my Hatchery but I can not click on their name in the tab, and their pictures don't appear, what's going on?

Sometimes the server just overloads. Try reloading the page. If that doesn't work clear your cache and it should be fine.
I had this problem for an entire day recently, and it resolved itself with time.
