Alrighty, so I released an Epic from the Spooky Shop just a few minutes ago.
It gave me a Trick-or-Treat basket.
And not an opened one.
?? ? what do
I basically spent 150k gold to get a basket. . . ;-;

I'm not sure which item you're talking about, Soy. Do you mean the Held item shown in this image?
Or do you mean the item shown below, which you can buy from the Festival Shop?

Ah, Kattya is correct. This item is mean to encourage Trick-or-Treat giving. I don't think it's possible to give away items in Trick-or-Treat anymore. I suggest that you send a PM to Krinadon and tell him about this. He probably did not intend for the Spooky Shop to give away useless items, but he likely forgot to change the Spooky Shop code to keep this from happening. If it is an error, he'll appreciate you bringing it to his attention and will probably do something to compensate you for your gold.
