I'll assume that your party is in the proper 'tank in slot 1' order despite the way they were listed?
Only real thing of note is that it's pretty unusual prof setup
Water: could work? These are our own two water tanks,
Munir and
Lahar- We're not much for using HP profs, personally, Munir has one because his natural HP is very low (as a starter) and he needed that buffer for facing the grove bosses, but all the rest is in Str/Agi
(also a pet without either agi or dex is maybe slower than stronger enemies like bosses? since those are the two stats that increase quickness)
For Air and Light, typical setup is 3attack/2Dex
For Air, the higher crit chance Dexterity brings is vital to Slash's debuff infliction, and the accuracy, well, is accuracy- He currently has like, half the crit chance, accuracy%, and speed that he should have as an air attacker. And the str, well, higher damage is better- at the moment he's doing some 100-ish damage less per base hit because he's only got two points in Str (his current phys damage output is 943, if he had three Str it'd be 1055)
For Light, well, more damage output = better heals, better accuracy means more attacks hit, more crits mean more larger heal-return from beam/fairy light
