Hello everyone! Wheres the regional chat? I saw it in the Howling Pass during the Winter Fest, but cant find it anymore. Is that why?

Region chat is available in the festival zones and the 3rd area of the storyline zones (Astryl's Vale and the Lost Grove). Basically, any area where you battle by walking your avatar around an area and run into enemies/find chests and eggs on the map has access to region chat. The first two areas (Viridian Meadows and Umbra Forest) are coded differently and don't have access to region chat.
