where do I catch a nephini?

You can catch a nephini in any of the explore zones in area three. So Sweet Blossom Orchard, Astral's Tranquility, or the Lost Grove. A warning though, they are very rare to find. ^-^

You can catch a neph basically anywhere, they are just extremely rare
