Help! All of my pets are unconscious, and I don't have any money/items to revive them.
What do I do?

Let your pets rest and they'll recover automatically. :) While you're waiting for them to recover, feel free to drop by the Player Guides forum. I'd personally recommend this guide to help you with a party set up. I'd also recommend equipping your pets when you can find some gear. (This is done by going to your inventory, swapping to the equipment portion and selecting and dragging the armor onto your pets.)

something pretty basic to learn is how to do missions (guide here)- they're one of the best ways to progress, as a source of gold, equips that you can use or sell, healing items, and reputation points with the towns (which will in turn make more stuff available in the towns) (also, essences, if you get really lucky)

(one thing I'll note about the guide on elements and proficiencies that Imperium linked, it mentions that illusionist and lightbringer gear is 'Perfect for Light pets'- however, it is more accurate to say it is perfect for light tanks- for light healers, the more common position for a light pet, evoker/pyromancer is the preference, as a light healer doesn't typically need agility (which boosts defence and evasion) and makes better use of dexterity (higher accuracy and crit chance)


Something key to note is that team position (namely which pet is in slot 1- this is where you want our tank pet, as enemies aim for this slot the most often) and the equips and proficiencies on a pet make a LOT of difference.
Looking at your pets, you only have one piece of equipment between them, and it's a lv0 uncommon (which is like. the worst a piece of gear can be)- you'll want to upgrade asap, since the lack of gear (especially relics) is a huge detriment to both your offense and defence.
There isn't much equipment on the Broker for pets under lv20, but even something is better than nothing
