ello! so i have a shadow (s1), a light (s2) and a fire (s3). unintentionally, they are also in order of strongest to weakest (shadow being a bit more powerful than the others combined, depending on the enemy, and i use the other two as kind of a back up XD). i was wondering if this was the correct way to set them up.
(please try to get straight to the point when answering, my attention span is fairly short if all you say is fluff. sorry if thats rude ;-;)

Shadow tank should have full Illusionist gear to boost Int and Agility
Look to upgrade to full legendary lv50 illusionist gear when she reaches it
Profs are probably fine for a shadow tank?
Light healer would preferably have full Evoker gear, though Illusionist can also be used (again, best to upgrade at lv50)
A Light healer would be best with 2Int profs, I think, rather than an HP prof (more offense = better healing for the party)
Fire attacker should also have full evoker, moreso than even for Light, as Fire uses crits to inflict its base attack's debuffs (thus, higher dex is better)
Profs should either be 2Int or 1int/1dex (for a fire pet, probably 2int, since unlike air their debuff isn't a guarantee on a crit, so wait until lv60 and go 2int/1dex then)
On current equips :
remove all Strength gear and replace with Intelligence gear (Illusionist to Shadow, Evoker to Fire, either to Light)
remove all Uncommon equips and replace. Uncommon equips are terrible.
(I'd personally go with replacing all uncommon+rare equips with lv25 legendaries of the correct sorts, until they hit lv50, when you can replace them all with lv50 legendary gear.)
(The differences in Damage output are easy enough to answer:
loomingshadow has
1 Int prof (+70 to Damage stat), and
a lv30 epic relic (+132 to Damage stat) (this is with me doing the conversion from Int > Mag. damage stat)
= +202 offense boost
Runa has
1 Int prof (+69 to Damage stat), and
a lv25 rare relic (+85 to Damage stat)
= +154 offense boost
Stripes has
0 Int prof (+0 to Damage stat), and
a lv30 rare relic (+104 to Damage stat)
= +104 offense boost
The difference that the prof point spread and relic rarity have really tells)
