The first time that I ever saw snow, I was so dazzled by the icicles on the street lights that it had to be my inspiration for this griffi!

Inspiration: Where I live, we're in a really bad windstorm that's going on to its third day! It's very dark outside, with wind whipping snow around with seemingly no end in sight. It's a very dreary design, to match how dreary the weather is right now.
