It seems this pet wasn't locked to my user ID and someone else purchased them? I hope, maybe if you contact them and explain the situation they'd be willing to return her to you, if not perhaps the admins could help in some way? I'm not sure I've never had this happen before to anyone.
I did test the other pet though.
Keep me posted and let me know how things work out.
Also, on the off chance you can't get her back, I know it's a different species, but I figured I'd give you this Zolnixi I bred a while back as a sort of apology, because I feel partly responsible for the loss of your Vulnyx.
