Me again. Have any of your Monarchs turned out with both Comet Moth Wings and Pearl Armor? I realize you're separating the two traits, but stuff happens. I would probably be interested in buying at least a couple of them, especially since they would not be terribly useful for your plans.

Hey hey ^.^ I'm glad you like them XD The hibiscus is nowhere near started (don't even have the first essence for it lol), but I'll add you to the list ^.^ As to the nixis... I actually have them fully separated. The only thing that sometimes pops up in the wrong place is marbled fox. I actually have both monarch projects up to 4 vis, and I even have a single 5 vis for the Mysterious project lol.

Also, have you noticed that some of the late-generation Monarch Nixies are drifting from that steel grey to a greenish grey?

Sorry, I saw this, then totally got distracted, haha. I could do 50k for the two of them together.

And yeah... the colour swing on some of the originals is still bleeding through. As I get closer and closer to the end point, I am trying to get rid of the worst swings, but sometimes the ones with the traits I need have a swing, so I live with it ^.^;; That's just how it goes with themed breeding lol!

To me, it seems like one of those rare situations when using Dye on a Themed would be okay--just to bring the color back within the original parameters. Though I know a lot of people disagree.

And yeah.... I'm one of those that's against dying themed XD They'll work themselves out in the end. (actually, the monarchs are all a lot lighter than the original theme entry they were based on. If I were to dye them at all, I'd dye them to be what they were meant to look like). My Aster luffoxes sometimes annoy me with their swing too, especially since I was their designer XP But.... most of the later babies have lost that dull colour to their ruff, so I'm happy ^.^
