I don't really feel like there is anything I can contribute that hasn't already been said at this point. I could try to explain why the arms don't match the Sylestia style, how they hearken back to that 'chibi' style we've moved away from (See: Original Kelpari legs for a good example of that being moved away from), but it feels a bit moot to really say much more because the admin have already stated they're more looking for feedback of what we do want at this point from what I have seen. So I made a quick little doodle of some ideas.
A more traditional, fluffy, standard looking Lunemara. [These wings are super phoned in just to get the things I had actual ideas about across. Pay them no mind as they're not part of my suggestions.]
Are fingers wanted? I don't know really. Opinions on fingers, fellow mothies if you read this? But i'd much rather they resemble bug features if they are given, so I added some little fingers that would be more inline with bug legs should they decide to splinter out beyond just feelers. Final pair of legs at the very least I feel should lack them, though. It would be pretty awkward for them to land and do things while not in air, if they're all hands.
Proboscis thinned, and pointing downward, because no one wants to taste their own face.
Mutation options for mane, aentenna, and a new concept for floating shapes that would go around the wings as an added fantasy aspect to make the Lunes more interesting, without losing their insect look. Various possible gems/shapes shown to the side.

The hatchlings look great but honestly I don't like the adults very much. They just seem kinda off- their bodies, faces, arms.. sorry!

I showed the prospective revamp lineart to my kids yesterday. The 6-year-old immediately pointed at the female hatchling and asked, "Does that one have a tummy-ache?" It started a conversation, all of us agreeing that she looked hurt, sick, or uncomfortable. I think Blazekitten's suggestion of giving her open, bright eyes is a great way to fix that issue.
Everyone has pretty much voiced my own sentiments as well: Adult female looks wasp-like but has a really cute swirl of hair and ruff, curled proboscis on male interferes with his left eye (not a huge fan of the new nose in general), new arms and faces too anthro, love the fuzzy antennae, and I'd love to see more overall mothiness.
Thank for allowing player input! ^.^

In answer to the "why are they smooth, where the fluff?"
Krin and Fai have added a lot more flexibility in the system since the originals were drawn. They're smooth on the bases to allow for more mutations is all, rather than have the base itself be fluffy. You can add fluff, but it's a lot harder to take it away! c:

I think the anthropomorphic and chibi look differs from the other redesigns a lot.
I do like how spritely the direction seems to be going. I'd recommend not removing, the large, brightly shined eyes that the lunemara are known for. Because right now, I'm not sure what the intention is, are we trying to keep them bug like? Than we need to work on that. Do you want them to be more pixie-like, like the concept art? Than work towards that. But straddling in the middle isn't pleasing.
The hatchlings are lovely, no change there that I could see. They're perf.

I agree that the nose looks... Sort of odd.
I'm not sure why. It just looks strange to me.
I noticed to that while the male looks like as moth/butterfly, the female's body looks as bit more like a wasp, with how narrow it is. I can understand you wanted her to look feminine, but... To me she looks a bit much like wasp in body structure.
I like the wings and the caller fluff, and the girl's hairdue is cute!
I like the new look for the babies, particularly the girl!
Edit: Maybe you could make the face a point, then have the proboscis curl underneath it?
And I agree then maybe the third set of legs should be lowered a bit, so it looks more realistic?
2nd edit: I think Blazekitten has a good idea. Except they need six legs, not four.

Reminds me of the Grinch who Stole Christmas. The male looks like the Grinch and female Cindy Lou.

*hasn't looked through anything*
I don't know what has been said, but for some reason the females face looks a bit humanoid to me. I absolutely love the babies and male though!
And I noticed, the female face kind of looks like the mayor of whoville:
