I was a bit concerned as I was working on some of the "tasks" like Finding TinkerBelle and the Apples - would that interfere with encountering the Pyromaniac?

I did like 1 to 2 map laps to get my first two pyros but now I have done about 6 and I still can't find one. I also was reading the region chat and it seems like they're having a lot of trouble too. I also noticed that one of the pyros I defeated didn't drop an egg, and someone else in the chat said so too. I just wanted to point this out and see if it was a bug or since this is my first minifest.

Pets aren't 100% drop rate.

If you've seen more than one, there shouldn't be any issues with spawns. Just keep battling. =)

I'm not really interested in the Pyro's for myself but wanted to voice my concerns on the appearance rate. I found one during the first hour of the festival after a bit of battling before the pet bug fix. I've been battling for almost 8 hours straight since I got home from shopping and have been completing tasks all this time and I haven't seen a second one appear. I could just be terribly unlucky, or it could be the fact that I'm constantly swapping between the Lake and the Orchard but I'm concerned the appearance rate code might've been affected with the earlier fix today.

Seconding Imperium's concerns. I was in the Orchard for 8 hours and did not encounter a single Pyro.

There shouldn't be any difference from the fix I applied.

I will look at spawn rates tomorrow when I get a chance and adjust as needed.
