Rejected.

1. RP is closed
2. The unique talent is not magical
3. I said not to fill out the pet section unless instructed to do so.
4. Both those elements are took.
Normally, I would make an acception, but you did not listen, which shows me that you most likely won't follow the RP rules. I'm sorry, but I can't accept people like this.
