The design contest works pretty simply. All you have to do is make 1, 2, or 3 designs of the current theme and submit them. It ispretty much just that. They will be judged and of course prizes will be handed out. As for them being Luporas, yes they have to be this Sylesti because it is the theme this time around. Each rotation there will be a new species for the design contest and hence the cycle continues.
( Haha, no problem! I am just glad people enjoy what I have created here! Also I apologize for the late response, I had matters to attend to. )
