The image location for the Image Builder URL didn't give a size option, nor did I see any place in the html of the link to put it: The only thing I can resize is the fonts. So, after some experimenting, I discovered that a character had been left off. It's not (&size=250) it's (=&size=250) also, please tell people it gets inserted right after the last number in the url (216) because this was a pain to figure out on my own.
