Arrowbyn looks back at Rain. "I think its time to stop for lunch." He slows to walk then stops altogether. He browses through the pain grass looking for something tasty. "I hope Im not boring you Rain?"

He flicks his tail and shakes his head "probably not a good idea in spring, during the day. it'll be very hot."
She lowered her gait before leaning her shoulder in and sliding her hind legs backwards to turn back the way they'd come

Arrowbyn drops his muzzle into the cool water and takes a long drink. When he is finished he turns to Rain and bumps her gently with his muzzle, "Thank you for being my friend." He looks around for a nice place to lay down and rest.
