"What was that about?" I ask curiously, looking at the Queen's worried face. "Is everything ok?"

"Who is this champion?" I ask, voice worried. "How strong are they? When do they want to fight? Do you think they'd kill me?" my voice reaches a slightly higher note at the end.

"H'es a boy, he looks physically fit he asked me to set the terms." the queen pauses and Alconeus jumps in "Of course you have a chance, your Athena's champion and even War has to bow to wisdom" he said then added "The most you could possibly stretch it mother is two days before it seems like cowardice"

I nod. "Right. Set the time for two days. Until then I need to train and find suitable weapons. I don't want to go into this completely unprepared." my voice shakes slightly but i do my best to appear confident, this would be my first real match and I wanted to win.

"Get some sleep. we'll start in the morning." he instructs and shovels his food down before getting up and leaving.
