"Gyrfalcon Morpher." Astraeus replied flatly, but patiently. She pointed to the two feathers that stemmed from behind each ear. "I am pretty sure angels do not have these. Angels, as I know them, also have haloes." If one was careful with observation they could see that she seemed to be rather emotionless through the entire exchange. "Where do you come from? What universe? What is your story?"

Kit noticed Daniel and Astraeus, she hadn't noticed Astraeus yet, with her fox hearing she heard Astraeus more or less explain, Kit landed and sat down in a beanbag, "Twilight, could you bring up my book?" she asked softly, "Sure Kit." Twilight said happily, the book Kit had started reading a long time ago popped up on her visor, she started reading, to others it looked like she was staring off into space.

Daniel shrugged. "It's a long story, but since we seem to have the time," he smiled. "I've lived on an island since I was two. I don't know who my parents were, but the couple who adopted me, Barney and Lydia Barton, filled the role very well. According to Barn, I washed up on the shore one afternoon. Lydia won't say anything. I grew up with their six kids- five boys and a girl. And life pretty much went on until about a month ago. I was out in the canoe fishing, and I was watching the fish swim around, because you know the water's clear as glass out there, and then I thought I saw some of them dissolve. I figured I needed to rest because I don't handle the tropical heat very well." He laughed. "Wish I did, though. Anyway, I got back to the island and nobody was there. Nobody." His face grew sad. "I don't know what happened to them. I had the only boat and we were the only people on the island. I guess someone kidnapped them. I don't know who, but whoever messed with them is going to pay!" A flutter of sparks jumped from his hand as he slammed it on his thigh for emphasis. He jumped. "Oops, sorry. I need to get training with that. Sorry." He sat in thought for a moment, then remembered Astraeus' other questions. "You asked what universe I'm from? There's only one universe...right? The one with Earth? Oh, right." He facepalmed. "Sorry, I forgot. I'm looking for the...Vengers, I think he called them? The group of people Uncle Clint hangs out with. If you see any of them, please, let me know, I need to find them. "

Dally ran inside, looking at Astraeus. She was giddy, as she didn't even know of winged humans, yet of any here.

"I think Chase would love to meet you." she said. "He asleep in a bean bag chair. Could you wake him up? He never likes it when I wake him up and with you being here for awhile, I guess..." she trailed off.
