Lowell sighed.

"My name is Ezael. But ask your question and I may perhaps have an answer."

Lowell
"You said that you had sensed a great sorrow from her mind several days prior, what was that about?"

Ezael
"What I had sensed the other seems more or less removed now, but I have not been close enough into her presence to confirm. I believe that it was the work of an external dark force. A very strong one at that."

Lowell
"We.. understood that much, about the dark presence anyways."

" Besides the dark presence, was there anything else that seemed strange or out of place? Any odd thoughts? " He asked the angel who called himself Ezael.

"It almost seemed as there were multiple voices speaking at once to her. Attacking her most vulnerable parts of character.
My entry into her mind was also noted and there was a rather successful attempt at keeping me from speaking further to her."

Lowell
"Voices? Like her own or..?"

Ezael
"No. They seemed to function externally from her own thoughts. I was unable to track a source due to my brief moment of observing them."

Gallagher nodded, thinking quietly to himself. Seraphina has confided in him about a lot of things over the years they've been together.

" If you had the chance could you track the source, then? "

Ezael
"Easily. It would likely take some time to do it accurately, however. My powers are much weaker on this realm."

Lowell
"Then it's settled."

" We may have to put her to sleep for a while then. "
