You missed with the arrow, the pheasant was immobile and suffering, it failed to get away from you, struggling so it took several stabs to kill it.

I sigh in dissappointment and murmur "I am sorry for the pain and suffering it took to die" I would have to get better at shooting.

You heard a squark of a bird in reply, the pheasant was bleeding out.

He looked at you slowly, gave you a cat-like look of innocence, turned back and continued grooming himself. _{(I'm really having a laugh here)}

"Depends, you're illusion magic, right? You could use a lightning sword, for example, but actual lightning magic i believe not" she put her hands behind her head in thought, her face turning serious
