Valerian and her friends take shelter in the cave, setting up camp and a small fire before falling asleep. Valerian and Shadowclaw taking shifts in standing guard for danger.

Soon, you hear Pride (calling him that for short) whimpering in his sleep, and he wakes up hastily, tears running down his face because it ia a magical place so don't judge

Valerian wakes up and cradles the cub in her arms, cooing and whispering soothing words. "It's ok, I'm here. Nothing is going to hurt you. You can rely on us." she murmured with a warm smile.

No worries! I am totally fine with bonding <3 ))

Valerian smiles at Pridecaller and lets him down for a bit to pack up. She rubs Shadowclaw's head in praise for standing guard as well.

After everything was packed, Valerian looked around and nodded her head. "Alright, lets go guys! We are going to explore around in the forest a bit. Lets try to stay close together." she told the two, her voice calm yet firm.

With the onset of the rain I decide it's best to look for natural shelter before setting up the tent.
