The girl sat up, gasping for air and tears in her eye. She jumped as soon as she saw you and bowed her head down, "i-I'm sorry" she whimpered.
"Whatever for? You have nothing to be sorry for. Now," Shavan continued, wanting to get to the bottom of the story, "May I ask about your nightmare? You seemed awfully distressed." She used a spare hand to brush a tear off her cheek.

( sorry for the brief absence exams caught me again XD)
Kaida's ears twitched as she Stayed far from the torch letting Orion take the side closest to it, instinctively reaching up and grabbing his sleeve as they walked past towards the voices of the travelers. Kaida did not know what to expect of the people fleeing her home country, but she was certain she would be open to them and not let her upbringing known.

The fire torch flickered on it's perch on the wall, it was warm. As you stepped down the stones, it seemed hard not to make noise as they echoed. You could hear the low murmuring of the travellers you'd seen enter the hut.
Orion could tell that Kaida was nervous by the way she clutched to his sleeve. He comfortingly placed his hand on her shoulder and they climbing beneath the earth. He wondered if any of the travelers might recognize them, but then thought against it. Neither of them really got out of the palace walls enough to be recognized, at least he hoped so.

When you got there, it smelt like dinner was prepared and no one was in sight.
Matt
You went for the night for 3 gold, it didn't serve food and took your stuff up to a rather dirty room, leaving you to get to sleep yourself.

Head to dinner and eat my fill

Give a sigh and finish up the blueberries and then attempt to sleep

Kit
He sighed, "Some things you shouldn't question, boy" he gave a nod and then continued eating, "it's a dark world one there"
I nodded and sat back down before eating some of the food. I would need my energy.

You have 1000, is that enough? The circus wasn't on until tomorrow.
(hmm, however I feel like her character would be one who would like to keep going and not wait sooooo...ADVENTURE IS OUT THERE!!!)
I decide to start heading for the gates. I needed to hurry if I was to get there before nightfall.

She whimpered before giving a slight nod. She opened her mouth and choked out the words, "M-My m-mother.." she seemed to be struggling to say it and her eyes were widenned with terror.

As you turned the corner at the bottom of the staircase it was all very quiet and dull. The stone walls were lit up and lots of weary travellers were sitting down on wooden, old benches around the basement. None of them were looking up and parents were holding babies lose. You couldn't hear the storm from down here. On the walls there were the heads of head animals that'd been stuffed, something illegal in Friela.

She made a mental nod to herself, that suspicion had been correct. Though she had mostly already known that. *What happened to her?* she whispered is a soothing way, trying to tease the information out of her.

There certainly are a lot of travellers, Orion thought, feeling a bit claustrophobic. Then he noticed them: the animals. He barely could suppress his horrified reaction. Animals, dead. Slaughtered and mailed to make into simple decoration. It simply disgusted him. He did not even want to think about what might have been down with the innards of its body. He did not want to think of anything so heretical as eating them. The sight of them sent a craving for meat in his appetite and he mentally cursed himself for thinking in such a way.
