Pretty sure Ive sent everything out. If I missed anyone please let me know. The E key on my regular laptop is busted so Im having trouble with replies. Im mostly juggling back and forth between the main laptop (busted key), my spare laptop (which started having internet connection issues recently?) and my phone (Sylestia likes eating some of the punctuation).
Planning on having the bloom event on June 9th starting at/around 3pm Sylestia time.

edit: saw your earlier post, I can be online at 3pm site time to toss waters on if you're down for that. I currently have ~600 waters

Sorry for the late reply. I dont send water to other players for this event due to the number of players who ask to keep it fair for all involved. (Ive already had someone try to literally guilt me into it already this year which is another reason to firmly deny these requests when they pop up.) I havent really thought about trading pets for waters outside of possible super max stats. Youre also free to join in at 3pm if youd like to add your water in. Ill be trying to trigger a double Rikki event followed by a Nephini event. (I think I have enough water for that. xD)
